I've been asked for information I already gave and now given instructions that I don't believe will solve the problem I originally stated hours ago. I have yet to be given any information that I came to Microsoft today, clearly explaining that the program is not performing correctly. I have done this at least half a dozen times with no difficulty. I explained what I am trying to do in my original post.
